Vegan Dalgona Coffee (Whipped Coffee)

Turn this trendy beverage into a healthier version of this whipped coffee (aka dalgona coffee). This version is a little bit healthier as it contains raw sugar and plant milk. Still delicious though!

  • whisk or hand mixer


  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp raw sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 2 cups plant milk, I used coconut
  • ice


  • Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a bowl.
  • With a whisk or hand mixer whisk for 2-5 minutes until foamy and stiff peaks start to form.
  • Add ice in two cups, pour milk halfway, and then top with the whipped coffee mixture. Stare at how gorgeous this coffee is and then stir and enjoy!
